ISO Vision Planter
The ISO Vision Planter is a machine which is able to transplant and fix in one operation.
The transplanting is done by a robot arm with a gripper that can be adjusted on the plant size and tray size if needed.
Young seedlings or young plants can be transplanted from the seedling tray to pots, trays or clayettes.
During the movement of the robot arm the gripper is checked on the presence of a plant by a camera.
If there is no plant or the plant is too small the plant will not be transplanted, in a later stage the plants that are not planted be replaced by fully grown plants by the same robot arm. The empty places will be fixed while the empty wholes are still in the reach of the robot arm.
The amount of grippers can be adjusted to the size of the tray, the plant and the needed capacity.
